Good to know
Do I need any editing or design skills?
No. You write the idea, review the storyboard and approve. There is no timeline and nothing to edit.
What does a reel cost?
Animation costs 1 credit per second of finished video, plus a small number of credits for the storyboard and frames, shown before you start. A 30-second reel is about 31 credits.
What if the animation fails?
Credits for a failed step are returned to your account automatically, and your storyboard stays saved so you can try again.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, subject to our Terms and the rules of the platform you post on, including labelling AI content where a platform requires it.
Can I use my own characters or photos?
In story projects you can upload drawings or illustrations of your characters and places. Photos of real people and adult content are not allowed.
Will I be charged every month?
No. Plans are prepaid for one period and do not renew automatically. You only pay when you choose to buy.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, but failed generations return your credits and billing errors are always corrected. See the Refund Policy for details.
