Shipping and Delivery Policy

Inkyora sells digital services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

What you receive

When you buy credits or a plan, the credits are added to your Inkyora account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. You then use them to create animated reels on inkyora.com.

Delivery of your reel

Your storyboard and key images are usually ready within a minute or two. Once you approve the storyboard, the animated reel normally takes a few minutes to generate, depending on its length and how busy the service is. The finished video appears in your account under Projects, where you can watch and download it at any time until you delete it.

No physical shipping

Because everything is delivered online, there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses, and delivery is available worldwide wherever the website can be accessed.

If credits do not arrive

If you were charged but the credits do not show in your account within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your payment reference. We will add the credits or correct the charge as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If a reel fails

If a reel fails to generate, the credits used are returned to your account automatically.
