These terms are the agreement between you and Inkyora ("we", "us", "Inkyora") for using Inkyora at https://inkyora.com. By creating an account or generating a reel you accept them.

1. The service

Inkyora turns a text idea into a short animated video using AI models, including models from Google. You describe the story and style; we write a script, generate images, animate scenes, add sound and assemble the video. Results are generated automatically and can be imperfect, unexpected or similar to what other users receive.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret.

4. Credits, pricing and payment

Reels are paid for with credits. Animation costs 1 credit per second of finished video. The storyboard and key images are charged a small number of credits when they are generated (shown before you start), and you see the full cost and approve the storyboard before animation credits are taken. A credit has no fixed rupee value on its own; the price you pay is the price shown for the pack or plan at checkout.

Credits are bought as one-time packs, a one-time trial pack, or monthly or yearly plans. Pack credits are valid for 12 months, trial pack credits for 30 days, and plan credits for the plan period (one month, or one year for yearly plans) from purchase; unused credits then expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a deposit.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) unless checkout shows another currency, and are shown before you pay. Applicable taxes such as GST are included or shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (or Stripe for international cards). We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Plans bought through Razorpay are prepaid for one period and do not renew automatically.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If a reel fails to generate, the credits used for that step are returned to your account automatically (a credit return, not a cash refund). 5. Your content and our output

You keep the rights you have in the ideas and text you submit. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the videos generated for you, including commercially. You are responsible for how you use them and for complying with the rules of any platform where you post them, including labelling AI-generated content where a platform requires it.

AI-generated output may not qualify for copyright protection in some countries, and we cannot promise that it does not resemble existing works. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your prompts and videos in order to run the service, review abuse, and (in anonymised form) improve quality. We do not sell your content.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We check requests automatically and may refuse, remove or suspend content or accounts that break it, without a refund of unused credits.

7. Third-party services

To create your video we send your prompt, style choices and generated images to AI providers (currently Google) and use hosting and payment providers. Their terms and our Privacy Policy apply to that processing.

8. Availability and changes

The service is in beta. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, prices for future purchases, or these terms; we will post changes here and, for material changes, tell account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your reels and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere.
