Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Inkyora is for creating all-audiences animated stories. To keep it safe and lawful, some things are not allowed. Every request is checked automatically before anything is generated or charged.
You may not create
- Sexual or adult content of any kind, and any sexualised depiction of children. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Graphic violence or gore, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Hateful or harassing content targeting people because of religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality or similar traits.
- Real people: videos that depict real, identifiable people (celebrities, politicians or private individuals), face swaps or deepfakes. Use original characters instead.
- Copyrighted or trademarked characters and brands, or content that imitates another creator's work. Studio and brand style names are replaced with generic descriptions.
- Deceptive content: fake news, political disinformation, scams, or content that pretends to come from a real organisation.
- Dangerous or illegal content: instructions for weapons, explosives or illegal drugs, or anything else that breaks the law.
You may not misuse the service
- Try to get around the content checks, free-trial limits or credit system, or use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to do so.
- Resell access, or attack, overload or probe the service.
- Share your account with others.
Labelling AI content
Videos you make are AI-generated. If you post them, follow the AI-disclosure rules of the platform and of your country.
What happens if rules are broken
We may refuse a request, remove content, limit or suspend an account, and report unlawful content to the authorities. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to permanent removal without a refund of unused credits.
Report a problem
If you see something that breaks these rules, or believe a video infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will review it promptly.
